Terms and Conditions:



1. Payment: A minimum retainer fee of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your Headshot Mini Session. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the session date.

2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Image Selection: 24-48hrs following the session, you will be provided with a selection of proof images to choose from. You may select the two images to be professionally retouched as part of the package. Additional retouched images can be requested for an additional fee.

5. Usage Rights: Upon completion of the session and delivery of the final images, you will receive personal usage rights. You are granted permission to use the images for personal branding, social media profiles, websites, and promotional materials. Commercial usage of the images requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.

6. Retouching: The package includes professional retouching of two selected images. Retouching includes basic enhancements such as color correction, skin smoothing, and blemish removal. Extensive retouching requests beyond the standard package may incur additional charges.

7. Image Delivery: The final retouched images will be delivered to you digitally via a secure online gallery within 7-10 business days after the selection is made.

8. Studio Policies: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session to ensure that we can utilize the full session time. Any damage to the studio equipment or property caused by the client during the session may be subject to repair or replacement fees.
